Most of A2 OA servers are DayZ or Wasteland but there’s still a few military gameplay servers such as domination and evolution that I know of. I started playing the mod pretty early in it’s development and part of the fun was experiencing the development step by step. Lot of ppl play the standalone as well but i would begin with the mod first.
They still do play the mod and it has more content. Which is better the standalone or the ARMA 2? try arma 2 free if it is still available, or just get arma 2 complete edition on some sale, and try it, dayz mod too.
